For the past 22 years, I've worked in the call centre industry and I still have an incredible passion for helping companies improve the way they do things. I've set up call centres, re-structured call centres and helped source, implement and audit outsourced call centres for a wide range of clients. I'm a regular speaker at events related to call centres around the world, I've written hundreds of articles on the topic and I've published 2 books.
